Travel is already factored into your quote, so pricing may vary by location, but it is always included in the fixed monthly rate with no unexpected travel charges added later.
Usually yes, especially if it's near a route we already run. Call with the address and we'll tell you whether we can service it properly — we'd rather decline than overstretch than do it badly.
Within the core service area, typically under 2 hours for flood, spill or security related callouts. Outside the core it depends on distance and time of day, and we'll tell you a realistic window when you call.
Snow and salting are route based, so coverage is tighter than our general service area. Get in touch early in the season — routes fill up before the first snowfall.
